In 2013, NHS England called on patients, the public and staff to join in an open and honest discussion about the future of the NHS, so it could plan how best to deliver services, now and in the years ahead. This ‘call to action’ set out the facts about future demands on NHS services, how the budget is currently spent and how services are delivered. You can find out more about this here.
Locally, North Kirklees CCG developed a number of activities designed to seek views and opinions. You can find a report outlining our engagement approach and detailing the findings from this work here.
