Our health is changing. A lot of the illnesses we once knew are a thing of the past. The treatments we receive when we’re ill are often light years ahead of what we are used to. And the NHS is changing too.
Maybe you want to know more about what the changes might mean? Or maybe you would like to share your views on the way change happens? Or maybe you want to let us know about your experience?
It’s your health, and we want to hear what you have to say.
How can you have your say?
The your health, your say network is for people living in North Kirklees who want to get involved in the work of their local NHS and help shape services now and into the future.
What does it involve?
We will keep you up to date with the work of NHS North Kirklees CCG.
We’ll also let you know about any changes that are planned across the Kirklees area.
We’ll also invite you to:
• take part in discussion groups and conversations
• attend public events
• fill in questionnaires.
You don’t have to get involved in all these activities, simply choose the things that interest you.
It’s your choice.
How can I join?
To join the network, simply fill in this online form.
