Our health is changing. A lot of the illnesses we once knew are a thing of the past. The treatments we receive when we’re ill are often light years ahead of what we are used to. And the NHS is changing too.
Maybe you want to know more about what the changes might mean? Or maybe you would like to share your views on the way change happens? Or maybe you want to let us know about your experience?
It’s your health, and we want to hear what you have to say.
How can you have your say?
The your health, your say network is for people living in North Kirklees who want to get involved in the work of their local NHS and help shape services now and into the future.
What does it involve?
When you join our network, we’ll send you the following by email:
- A quarterly bulletin including the latest news from NHS North Kirklees CCG, details about any change to health services in our area, and information about how you can have your say
- Invitations to attend our quarterly public engagement events
- Invitations to take part in discussion groups or attend public events about local health services
- Surveys about health services in our area.
We’ll also send you an equality monitoring form when you join and we’ll get in touch with you from time to time to ensure that your contact details are correct and that you want to remain a part of our network.
How can I join?
To join the network, simply send your email details to Kirsty.firstname.lastname@example.org.
By sending us an email you are agreeing that NHS North Kirklees CCG may contact you. Please be assured that we will only contact you by email and provide you with the information listed above.
