NHS North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group’s first Annual General Meeting will be an opportunity to reflect on the organisation’s successes and achievements during its first year of operation.
GPs who sit on the CCG Governing Body will be giving a presentation and partners from community and voluntary groups which work closely with the CCG will also be talking about their projects.
There will also be a question and answer session and an opportunity for those who attend to talk face to face with the Governing Body members.
The Annual General Meeting – which will include presentation of accounts – is being held at Batley Town Hall’s Main Hall on Thursday, September 1, from 5.30 to 8.30pm. The meeting is in public and anyone who wants to reserve a seat can call the CCG on 01924 504901 or email using the contact form on the CCG’s website: www.northkirkleesccg.nhs.uk
Dr David Kelly, Clinical Chair of NHS North Kirklees CCG, said: “ The AGM will be another significant milestone for our Clinical Commissioning Group and we have tried to make it as interesting and informative as we can,
We hope the people we plan and buy health services for will join us to find out more about the progress we’re making with improving health care and creating care closer to their homes,” he added.
