NHS North Kirklees CCG’s AGM to reflect on successes

NHS North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting members of the public to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will reflect on the organisation’s successes and achievements.

The AGM will be an opportunity to find out about the work the CCG has undertaken over the last year and what it plans for the year ahead and beyond.

This year the AGM is being held before the Governing Body meeting at St John’s Parochial Hall, Cleckheaton, on Wednesday 3 August between 9.00am – 9.30am. The meeting is in public and there will be an opportunity for questions.

Dr David Kelly, local GP and Chair of NHS North Kirklees CCG, said: “We hope the people we plan and buy health services for will join us to find out more about the progress we’re making with improving health care and creating care closer to their homes.

The AGM is a chance to really get people involved in local health care and for us to be open and accountable about our work and the public money we spend. Everyone is welcome to attend.”
