The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent health and adult social care regulator. Their job is to check whether hospitals, care homes, GPs, dentists and services in your home are meeting national standards.
They look at a lot of information to them to design their inspections and your experiences of care, and those of your family and friends, help them to decide what they need to look at during the inspection. They want to hear what you think.
The CQC are inspecting The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust from 23 June 2015.
You can find out how to share your experience here.
This page also includes a link to sign up to receive alerts when the CQC publish their inspection reports and a link to join their online community.
