The NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group (GH CCG) and NHS North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group (NK CCG) have a joint Medicines Management Team that work closely with GP practices and local health providers to ensure consistency and effectiveness in prescribing practices. The team consists of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and a dietitian who, combined, have a wealth of experience in Community Pharmacy, Primary Care and Secondary Care.
This website provides local and national advice on medicines information, policies and decisions for NK CCG. These resources can be used to support safe, clinically-effective and cost-effective prescribing decisions to help optimise the health of our local populations
This page contains local contacts for the Medicines Management Team and links to trusted websites useful in the world of Medicines Management.
